I went through the quote process for free Dodger tickets last May. I spent a few minutes filling out the forms online and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. The last page with the insurance quote had a box on the side that said I will get an email within 10 days with instructions on how to claim my tickets. http://www.mercuryinsurance.com/usc It was really easy.
The fine print reads:
