This ILLEGAL swap meet should not be supported by the Montebello community. The School sees ZERO dollars from this swap meet. The last school this swap meet was at got paid weekly. Plus according to MUSD risk management no such event should be held on school grounds. There are all kinds of shady things happening with this swap meet and some officials at the district office. We (parents) of Schurr have been fighting this since the very first day. No one at the school supports this swap meet. Even after reports of men urinating in view of students, men taking pictures of the girl’s water polo team and a whole lot more. The district office refuses to take action.
