In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, The Shops at Montebello is hosting special events throughout the month in recognition of the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
EVENTS
- Thursday, September 25, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Center Court - LA Dodger Miguel Rojas appearance featuring meet and greet and photo opportunities. There will be no autographs during this event.
- Saturday, September 27 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Center Court - AMP Radio 97.1 on-site with a free ticket giveaway, entertainment and more.
- Saturday, October 4, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Center Court - Mariachi Kids Performance.
- Saturday, October 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Super Estrella 107.1 on-site in Center Court featuring radio personality, music and giveaways.
- All Month: Biographies of prominent Hispanic-American figures like astronaut Ellen Ochoa, U.S. Cabinet Secretary Hilda Solis, Activist Cesar Chavez, Actress Rita Moreno, and many more will be placed throughout the center.
