Obtain a ticket request form from the cashier area of any 76 Gas Station or download one here.
Each fill up must be on different dates.
Mail in the form with the original receipts.
A voucher good for two or four Dodger tickets will be returned to you via mail.
Vouchers are redeemable at Dodger Stadium in advance or on the day of game for regular season games Sunday through Thursday.
