"The Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation invites young women ages 11-18 to a Girl Empowerment Conference at East Los Angeles College on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Girls will have the opportunity to network and attend informative workshops that will help them build their confidence and explore pathways to realize their dreams.
