The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles, SPCALA, is opening it's first new model adoption center in California.  Join the non-profit in celebrating on Saturday, January 10th. Qualified adopters can adopt a pet for the discounted price of $18.77 from 11am-9pm.
