Kidgits Safe & Fit Summer Event

The event will teach kids about tips for neighborhood safety, summer safety and stranger awareness, with easy tips including:
- Stay out of the street. Cars make the street a dangerous place to play.
- Tell your parents where you are going and when you'll be back. Know your home phone number and address.
- Ask your parents first. If someone invites you to go somewhere, offers you a gift or just wants to talk, say you need to ask your parents for permission first.
12:15 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Water Safety Presentation
12:30 - 1:15: Latin Dance and Kids Yoga session
Bearemy from Build-A-Bear Workshop will mix and mingle with attendees. A balloon artist and summer arts and crafts will be available to all families in attendance. Kidgits members will be treated to a face painter and a special Kidgits beach ball, while supplies last.
